FOR DESIGN FIRMS
We build what you design. That’s the entire relationship.
For architects and engineering consultancies who need a construction partner that protects design intent, not one that competes with it.
We don’t compete with designers
Most architects in Jordan have a version of this story. You complete a design. The contractor bids on it. They win. Then the substitutions start.
“This material isn’t available locally.” “This detail is too expensive as drawn.” “This specification is unusual.”
Each substitution is small. Each has a reasonable explanation. By the time the building is finished, your name is on it but your intent isn’t in it.
Green Arrow exists specifically to not do this. We are a construction execution firm. We don’t design. We don’t consult on aesthetics. We don’t offer “value engineering” that quietly downgrades the design. We build what the construction documents specify.
Green Arrow’s position is execution-only by deliberate choice. Doing one thing well prevents the conflicts of interest that emerge when a contractor advises on design while holding the construction budget.
When a material isn’t available or a detail needs field adaptation, we have a fast-track consultation process with the design firm to reach a decision quickly. But the decision is always the designer’s, not ours.
Clean handoffs and design intent protection
Pre-construction review. Green Arrow reviews the construction documents with the design firm before construction begins. Not to challenge the design, but to identify constructability questions, material lead times, and coordination issues before they become site problems. Collaborative, not adversarial.
RFI process. Design questions go to the design firm. Contractual questions go to the owner. Nothing gets decided unilaterally on site.
Substitution discipline. If a specified material is unavailable or has a lead time that impacts the schedule, Green Arrow documents the issue and presents alternatives to the design firm for approval. Quickly, because field timelines demand it. But the designer decides.
No client relationships that compete with yours. Green Arrow doesn’t pitch additional services to your client. We don’t offer design input. We don’t build relationships with the owner that bypass the design firm’s role. Your client relationship stays yours.
If you haven’t referred to Green Arrow before
Green Arrow is a new company. The methodology and the founders’ credentials aren’t. Charlie Qassis and Eng. Abdullah Awadallah bring decades of experience working within design-led project structures, including engagements alongside firms like Bechtel and Siemens.
We understand that recommending a new contractor to your client involves your firm’s reputation. For design firms open to a first collaboration: refer us on a single project. Let the execution speak for itself before committing to a broader partnership.
